EngXT ‘s philosophy is that simple and innovative solutions are essential for solving engineering problems efficiently, and at the lowest possible cost. We focus on developing reliable, low-cost solutions to engineering and exploration applications by leveraging on a deep understanding of science and best engineering practices.

EngXT designing, manufacturing and testing facilities are located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It benefits from research conducted at the University of Michigan and the talented workforce available in the area.

History

Atmospheric and planetary scientist Dr. Nilton Renno and spaceflight engineer Steven Rogacki founded EngXT in August of 2008.  The University of Michigan Office of Technology Transfer (Techtransfer) and their staff, in particular Mr. Andrew McColm and Matthew Bell, have been providing mentorship and all necessary support for the establishment of EngXT and its first few products.
